A local resource serving elders and adults with disabilities since 2000

Western Wisconsin Cares, also known as WWC, is a community resource serving elders and adults with disabilities in western Wisconsin with an aim to help them live independently in their homes. Each person we serve teams with a care manager and nurse to determine the supports that are individually best for him or her.

WWC offers a network of more than 700 providers as well as self-directed supports. Through a contract with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, we provide services under the state's Family Care program to eligible residents in Buffalo, Clark, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Trempealeau, Pepin and Vernon counties.

WWC is locally-based with local decision-making, providing safe, confidential and individualized help that respects the needs, dignity and independence of our members.
